Payment Information

Accepted Payment Methods:

Klarna • Credit Card/Debit Card • AfterPay

• 50% Client Assessment Deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable.

• Remaining balances are due 15 days prior to check-in by 11:00 AM EST.

• All other balances are due by 9:00 AM EST on the specified due date.

• If canceled due to non-payment, a $450 rebooking fee applies. No exceptions.

Last-Minute Bookings:

• Bookings made within 15 calendar days of arrival must be paid in full to secure dates.

• Bookings made within 7 calendar days of surgery date will incur an additional $200 late booking fee.

Additional Fees:

• 10% fee applies (7% FL state tax + 3% processing).

• An additional 7% applies when using Affirm or AfterPay.

Holiday:

• $200 EXTRA per night for the eve and day of any major holiday.

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule one time for free within 7 days (prior to arrival).

• Additional reschedules require a $450 rebooking fee, due immediately upon request.

• If unpaid, dates will not be changed.

• Please contact me first for availability before rescheduling.

• If your arrival date changes but a balance is owed, the original due date still applies.

• Any other date changes outside of free one and 7 day rule is a $450 charge.

• If you don’t pay your balance in full by its due date, you’ll have to pay $450 plus balance due with 24hrs or you’ll be cancelled indefinitely
  

Important Updates

• Effective October 1, 2025: Airport drop-off will be available only for Miami Airport.

• Invoices are sent out on the Saturday following booking. Be sure to read your emails.

  Return Policy

  You have up to 14 calendar days to return unopened and unused items such as fajas, boppy pillows, and/or BBL pillows. Items must be shipped back at your expense, and the refund process will begin once the items are received and inspected. No exceptions.

  
  

  Please note that lodging services—which include bed, water, utilities, supplies, meals, beverages & snacks, OTC medications, laundry services, and transportation—are non-refundable at the time of booking. No exceptions.
